1. Donations

Donations to TBSRF are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that certain situations may justify a refund request. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Duplicate Donation: If a donation was made more than once by mistake.
b. Error in Donation Amount: If the donation amount was incorrect.
c. Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made without the donor’s consent.
d. Technical Issues: If technical problems during the donation process led to an incorrect charge.

 

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

b. Review: Our team will review your request within 7 business days. We may reach out for additional information if necessary.
c. Decision: You will be notified of the decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to you.

 

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative method.

 

5. Time Frame

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Tax Receipts

If a tax receipt has been issued for a donation that is later refunded, it is the donor’s responsibility to notify the appropriate tax authorities. TBSRF will cancel the original receipt and issue a corrected one if applicable.
